Print-on-demand means a printing company makes and ships each item only after a customer buys it. You never hold stock, which removes the biggest risk in physical products. It does not remove every cost, and the part beginners are rarely told is that you pay the printer at the moment of sale, before the marketplace pays you. These three lessons take one design from idea to a configured product, with the money mapped honestly at every step.
